PS5 and Series X versions are identical in performance and visuals except for shadow quality curiously, which is at a higher settings quality on PS5 than even the maxed PC shadows setting. Supposedly Series X and PC are both set to the max setting of 5 for shadow quality on Unreal Engine, so it seems like some sort of bug on the PC/Xbox version. They also retested Pentiment on Series X post 120 patch, both consoles now operate at 120 fps with similar small dips in performance. Except for the opening scene, which shows a significant performance difference in favour of Series X. Tom also goes on to state how important it is for MS to ensure issues like these are caught in QA going forward, given the contentiousness around these first party ports to rival platforms. They also go over differences we have seen between platforms across the generation so far.

One X is being treaten as an "afterthought" at this point by many devs
One X is getting "left behind"
From the titles tested in the new video, the Series S is clearly better except for arguably Assassin's Creed Mirage
Smaller GPU isn't the issue at this point, it's the One X lacking certain feature sets required for the functionality of current gen games
Series S is a "categorically better experience than the One X in 2024"

Понятно что по графиту уделали, спиздив идейки и сделав игру через семь лет на в 10 раз более мощном железе )))
Ну игра на самом деле крутая, наверное лучшая у сони в этом году.

Синий напоминает подростка =). Типа такой - это все детская муйня, а вот ТАНЧИКИ!!! Это для взрослых =)))..

В целом, видно, чем вдохновлялись создатели Астробота. И видно, что в плане идей все равно нет такого разнообразия и креатива как в Марево.
 
Только половина из этих идей ещё в марио 64 30 лет назад появилась и с тех пор давно протухла. Астробот хоть какой-то свежей струёй это затхлое болото разбавил. :playful:
 
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
Одна из самых сильных в графическом плане игр на боксе. Как игра по фильму, так пожалуй лучшая. RT, 60 fps:

 
Делать надо хорошо, а как визуализацию реализовывать - вопрос уже локальный. Оценки пока 9/10 в среднем по больнице.
