Ken-ichiro Imaizumi has confirmed on his official
Twitter account (and backed up on the
Kojima Productions Japanese TGS 2013 site) that the new
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain gameplay footage, for the prologue chapter
Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, that'll be shown at Hideo Kojima at TGS 2013, will also shown at the Microsoft Xbox Live Station and it'll run for forty minutes.
The Xbox gameplay footage will be shown on 21st September 2013 at 15:30 PM JST (11:30 AM PST / 2:30 PM EST / 7:30 AM GMT / 8:30 AM CET). Although he didn't say whether the demo will be shown on the Xbox 360 or the Xbox One. It doesn't seem to be getting a live steam either. Pity!
We already know that Hideo Kojima will be
showing the new
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain gameplay footage at the
Sony booth during TGS 2013, and Ken-ichiro Imaizumi also
confirmed that each of the demos will be different.
The PS4 demo presentations will each take half an hour, and will take place on 19th September 2013 at 13:00 PM JST (9:00 PM PST / 12:00 AM EST / 5:00 AM GMT / 6:00 AM CET) and 21st September 2013 at 12:30 PM JST (8:30 PM PST / 11:30 PM EST / 4:30 AM GMT / 5:30 AM CET). They will also be broadcast by Nico Nico (19th September 2013and 21st September 2013).
All of the new footage will also be shared on the
Official Japanese Metal Gear Solid V website a couple of days later.
Hideo Kojima also confirmed on his
Japanese Twitter account that while the E3 2013 Trailers for
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain with Japanese voiceovers will be released tomorrow, 19th September 2013 when TGS 2013 officially opens, only the Green Band version will be shown on the showfloor, as the extended Red Band version will be published simultaneously on the internet.
The Tokyo Game Show will take place from 19th September 2013 until 22nd September 2013.
Konami announced that they will be showing a next-gen version of the game, running at 60 frames per second, for the first time.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is a cross-pollination of both
Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and
The Phantom Pain, which runs on the FOX Engine, and is in development at
Kojima Productions Japan. It is scheduled for release on the PS3, Xbox 360, PS4 and Xbox One, and is running on Windows PC at present, with no release date yet. Visit the game's official website
