Bioshock: PS4 vs Xbox One vs PC
XB1: 1080p + 4xMSAA + 30fps + high textures + high world car detail + high reflection
PC: Improved LOD (but still suffers from pop-in to a certain degree), better AF, higher shadow quality (mostly noticeably on the shadows on the car), support for arbitrary resolutions and higher framerates.
-All previews were on the standard PS4
-Runs at a native 1080p
-Framerate is quite solid but slight dips were experienced while driving
-LOD/Draw distance was a bigger focus for the engine
-World is twice as big and more lively and dynamic than the first game
-Pop in is experienced while driving at high speeds
-WD1 cubemaps are back
-PS4Pro details are scarce atm
The new Steam version of Quantum Break runs on DirectX 11 - improving performance over the DIrectX 12 release on the Windows 10 Store. Nvidia cards get a noticeable frame-rate boost (up to 33% on the GTX 970) with DirectX 11, but curiously AMD cards such as RX 480 run identically either way. Tom explains all.
-IQ is among the cleanest on XB1
-Final game looks dramatically better than the beta, with much better lighting, IQ, and level geometry
-Horde mode maps and MP maps are the same, horde mode runs in 30fps due to AI
-Game generally maintains 60fps target, drops are few and far between and minimal
-PC Port runs fantastic on GTX 970 and 980Ti
PS4: 1920*1080 gameplay, 1920*1080 cutscenes, 30fps
XB1: 1920*1080 gameplay, 1440*1080 cutscenes, 30fps (+ minor tearing only on original XB1 model)

- Dynamic horizontal resolution on both, vertical is locked at 1080.
- Uncapped frame rate.
- Sub-30fps at times, worse on Xbone.
Фрейм-рейт ладно, разрешение времен XB360/PS3 откуда? Хоть оно конечно крайне редко используется по ходу пьесы, но осадочек имеется =)Dat framerate
- 60fps almost all the time with minor drops when engine is stressed hard (both consoles)
- PS4 is more close to 1080p but can drop to 720p when the engine is under heavy load
- Xbox One resolution can drop below that in extreme (!) situations
