Ok Guys,
Most of you might already know this, but I am posting this so that you can refer this easily as a whole process.
Method to make free mc boot elf on non US/EUR consoles.
1) Use this program to extract the dvdelf file from your erom
http://psx-scene.com/forums/attachme...1&d=1211363611 . If you are successful you will get your elf and an mcid.bin . Who are successful, go to step 3 else proceed to step 2.
2) Get an dvdelf of your same MG region. The later models doesnt have dvdelf in bios. So get one from an older model of ur region. For eg if ur model is 77006, then get the dvdelf from 50006, 39006 etc. I guess the same regions end with the same number ie "6" in this example. Now put your "DVDELF.bin" in your usb pendrive, plug it in and run this

3) Hexedit the DVDELF.bin and replace the values starting from offset 0x28 by the values present in mcid.bin.
4) Download HDProjectX from
http://www.4shared.com/file/44270765...dProjectX.html and use the MC Tools->MG ELF with setting port=0,slot=0, encrypted file = dvdelf.bin, and MG TYPE = card. You should get a bittable.bin and output.elf. This are the decrypted files.
5) Download Neme's Embed from
http://www.4shared.com/file/49276665...embed_v12.html. Follow the instructions present in it. It is not difficult. You will get an osdmain.elf as the final file. Boot.elf can be anything. I used ulaunch elf 4.13b .
6) Run Neme's
http://www.4shared.com/account/file/...9/osdname.html to check what name your osd accepts during bootup and rename osdmain.elf to that name.
7) Now get an icon.sys and matching icon ( from any saves, selfmade or whatever, doesnt matter) and along with the osdfile you created, put it in a usb pendrive.
8) Browse your mc card and check if it contains BADATA-SYSTEM, BEDATA-SYSTEM or BIDATA-SYSTEM and correspondingly make a BxEXEC-SYSTEM ( x= A,E,I) . Copy the icon file, icon.sys and your osd file to this newly created folder.
Thats it folks, reboot and wallaaaa. You booted to the BOOT.elf u used in Neme's process.
