И ещё - какой регион выбирать? Я так понимаю, что при передаче акка продавцу, они там сами делают всякий шахер-махер, но всё же.

Там без разницы, они подписку делают регион фри. Единственное, что потом стоит переключить регион самой приставки на отличный от РФ, на тот где есть Хклауд, потому как могут не отображаться все игры в списке. У меня, например, пендостан. В остальном вообще никаких ограничений
