Спасибо, я уже нашел 2 рипкита.
1й убирает все языки кроме английского и пережимает видедо оставляя 65% от его начального объема
2й выдирает английский голос остявляя японский и больше ничего не пережимает.
А с двухслойными записываемыми дисками не дружат толстые приставки похоже. Я проверил еще на 2х приставках - очень плохо читает писанную двухслойку. Но проверенные тонкие все читают на ура... Так что обладателям толстушек с 2х слойками можно не заморачиваться.

here is a dummies guide on how you rip forbidden siren 2 to dvd-5:
tools needed
gnie's rebuilding tool version 106 and the forbidden siren2 plug in made by gnie also
pssdownsampler
cd/dvd gen
apache 2 (to extract both layers)
iml2iso
also helps if you have this
zerofile.dll
you can get all these tools from ps2nfo.com or alucard.cc
1) get the iso on the hardrive
2) open the iso with apache 2,there you will see a bunch of files,note: what you see is only the first layer (layer 0) you should see
system.cnf
sces
iopconf.cnf
modules
spk.rom
rom 000 >rom 007
then in apache,right click,and select switch layers. you should see 3 more files
romd008>romd 010
you need to extract ALL the files from both layers
3) open gnies rebuilding tool, and from the drop down list select the forbidden siren 2 plug-in
note: if you dont see it, then you havent placed the plug-in in the plug-in folder (this folder should be in the same directory as the rebuild tool) then in the "table file" select the SPK.ROM file in the "big file" select the ROM.000
then click box 1 (extract lba)
box 2 (extract files)
important DO NOT CLOSE THE REBUILDING TOOL, just minimise it
4) go to the folder where your files are,and you should see a new folder called @ROM.000. this is where you have to do some work. in the folder there are the lang packs, and we need to zero byte them.. make sure you get the zerofile.dll installed!!!!
copy/paste the zerofile.dll file into your system32 folder,then from start run cmd
start/run type in regsvr32.exe /s /c ZeroFile.dll
open the ROM.000 folder,you should see another folder,at this point do a search command (ctrl+f)
type in the following FR.D2B (french). this will give a long list of files (these are the french lang). highlight them all, right click, and select "replace with dummy" if you put the zerofile.dll in the right place, this should appear on the list when you right click. do the same for
ES.D2B spanish
IT.D2B italy
DE.D2B german
you have now zero byte all the lang files,apart from english
5) now it comes to the pss files. go through all the folders,and look for files with the extension "pss", these are movie cutscenes. we are going to downsample them (make them smaller)
open pssdown and make the following settings:
overwrite original file
downsample rate 65%
use stream alt-1 (english)
note:- everytime you use close pss down and reopen it,you must re-do the settings,because it reverts back to the default settings when you close it. go through each folder (only do one at a time),and drag drop each .pss file into pssdown. click go, then wait. you have now downsampled the movies from the first ROM FOLDER. this is why its important that you didnt close gnies rebuilding tool after step 2!!
6) GO BACK TO gnies rebuilding tool
click box 3 (rebuild files)
click box 4 (rebuild lba)
when its done,the folder should now be smaller, thats the first rom.000 done. you can close gnies rebuilding tool
7) go back to the folder where are the files are,and you should see some new files/folders in there,
you need to delete some
delete the lba list txt files
delete the rom folder
delete the file ROM.000
delete the SPK.ROM file
you should have 2 new files left
NEW ROM.000
NEW SPK.ROM
rename these files back to what they should be
i.e
ROM.000
SPK.ROM
8) you need to do this for all the other ROM files (extract/remove lang/downsample the pss file) each time you move onto the next rom file, its important you use the new spk.rom file each time (after you have renamed it of course) only do one rom folder at a time
9) now you need to rebuild the image back
open cd/dvd gen, and click
create new project
dvd-rom
in the volume tab enter the details of the elf file (sces 53851)
producer name can be anything (i.e hursty)
volume can also be anything (FS2rip)
then in the directory tab drag and drop then files into cd/dvd gen in the exactly the same order as they first appeared in apache 2, like this

rom 001
rom 002
rom 003

click record, click past the 2 errors messages, save the iml files (export image) in a directory of your choice.. wait a while
10) you can now close cd/dvd gen,as you now have to make the iso from the iml files. open iml2iso, click the box on the right hand side,and browse to the folder where the iml files are select the iml file, and then start. when its done you are ready to burn the newly created iso. i am sure you know what to do from here

apache 2 (to extract both layers) - где скачать? Тлько не говорите гугл - там модна найти только сервак. Или я не знаю о некторых его тайных вохможностях?
zerofile.dll - залейте его кто-нибудь куда-нибудь, а то регистрироваться на этих форумах у меня уже сил никаких нет
Все остальное вроде как скачал, не хватает тлько этого.

Результат моих экспериментов с Forbidden Siren 2 DVD9.
1. Рипкит работает нормально. Остаётся японская озвучка и английское меню, субтитры и т. д. На японском звучит, конечно, получше.
2. Пропатченый Toxic образ был записан на двухслойную болванку и прекрасно работает. По крайней мере, игра нормально запускается и начало проходится без проблем. Болванка - Verbatim Printable.

Book Type можно устанавливать только для + дисков. То есть DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD+R DL.
P.S. Записал MGS2 Substance JAP региона. Все пропатчил, бук тайп нормальный. Писал на DVD+R DL Verbatim. Ниичего не заработало

Приставка SCPH-70008.Мне тоже нужна помощь!!! Взял GT4 двуслойная штамповка. А она не читается на моей плойке(( Чип видимо не поддерживает, ибо двуслойные DVD-video читаются отлично.
Решил пересобрать образ под DVD5.
Сделал всё как здесь.
Писал на Verbatim DVD+R 16х на скорости 4х. Диск запустился, лого Playstation2, затем текст с предупреждением, что в реале не стоит ездить так же как в игре и всё. Чёрный экран, никакой реакции на кнопки.
Я так понимаю, в этот момент должен быть ролик начальный. Он как раз был на втором слое.
Кто что подскажет?
