Boost mode also makes cooperative speed runs possible for the first time. Use the GamePad to interact with and manipulate enemies and objects in real time, allowing for new ways to find the fastest routes through each level.
Play on the big screen or the small screen. Switch game play from the TV to the GamePad at any time to continue playing even when others are using the TV.

Как я понял, можно управлять и кнопками и стилусом. Можно играть на экране контроллера, не включая телик, а можно играть только на телике и т.д. Как душе угодно.
Например, жена смотрит дом -2, дите спит, а ты в марио режешься на паде.
Этакий хэндхелд в комнате Консоль для семейных людей

Я больше чем уверен что будет ситуэйшн аналогичный с виимоутом...почти все игры испорченны этим отстойным девайсом, и для нормального и раслабленного процесса классик контролер просто необходим.

Я так думаю, что во все "первые" игры будут пихать все эти тач-трясуч-т.п. возможности пада, прямо как на Vita, дабы показать какое тут продвинутое управление. Тыкни тут, чтоб сделать это, потряси там чтоб сделать то, выкинь джой в окно, чтобы выключить игру и т.д.

Чем хоть они испорчены, всего несколько игр полностью используют пад, остальные можно спокойно играть, лежа на диване.
